Most people don't realize how much work goes into selling a large volume of items — the sorting, the photographing, the listing, the fielding of questions, the managing of buyers.

It's a full-time job on top of whatever else you're already dealing with.

That's exactly what we do.

Auction X handles the entire process from start to finish — so you can focus on what's next, while we turn your inventory into cash.

 

How It Works
 

  1. Reach out. Tell us what you have, where it is, and any timeline you're working with.
     

  2. We assess it. We'll let you know what we can take, what fits our auction, and a rough idea of what to expect.
     

  3. We handle the heavy lifting. Pickup, cataloging, photos, listing, and the full auction — all run through Auction X.
     

  4. You get paid. Once the auction closes and items are picked up by winning bidders, we settle up and send you your share.

What We Charge
 

30% commission on the final sale price. No upfront fees, no cost to list — we only get paid when your items sell.
 

(Pickup, transport, or storage costs for large or time-sensitive consignments — like full business liquidations — may be discussed separately depending on the scope of the job.)
 

What We're Looking For
 

We're best suited for:

  • Business closures and liquidations

  • Estate cleanouts

  • Bulk inventory or overstock

  • Larger collections that are too much to sell on your own
