This isn't your average auction site. It didn’t come from a corporate boardroom. It came from something real.

 

From someone who’s been through real struggle, real hustle, and knows what it’s like to fight for better.

This business was built from grit, hope, and second chances.

    

     Auction X didn’t come from money or privilege — it came from experience, heartache, and the belief that even in the hardest seasons, you can create something amazing.

I’ve never been the type to talk much about my past. I always thought, “Everyone has a story — what makes mine so special?” But the truth is, the journey that brought me here has shaped everything about this business and why it exists.

 

I grew up in a dysfunctional home. My mom, an immigrant and factory worker, spent over 35 years working shift work to support our family. My father was a stay-at-home dad who raised me and my brother the best he could — but unfortunately, due to his own personal struggles, he left my life when I was just 9 years old.

What I don’t often talk about is the abuse I experienced growing up — the kind of things no one wants to think about. It shaped me, broke me, and for a long time, it defined me. I struggled to trust anyone — and even more than that, I struggled to trust myself. I didn’t grow up with a lot of support or encouragement. I was bullied at school and in my neighborhood. I was labeled “a problem child” because of my ADHD, constantly told I would never amount to anything — by teachers, by family, by the world around me. And for a long time, I believed them.

 

At 16, I became pregnant, and at 17, I gave birth to my daughter — the miracle that changed my life forever. She gave me purpose, motivation, and the fire I needed to fight for a better future. I tried to continue my education, even bringing her with me to college, but life was never easy. I had help at times, but learned the hard way that not all help comes without strings attached.

 

Over the years, I tried different things, started small businesses, worked odd jobs — nothing seemed to click. But then I met my husband, who brought stability, support, and helped me see the strength I had in myself again. Still, after three kids and years of putting everyone else first, I felt like I had lost my identity. I had no direction, no independence — and I knew something had to change.

 

That’s when I discovered auctions. At first, I was just bidding for myself. Then I started reselling items — and suddenly, I found something I genuinely enjoyed. It gave me purpose. It gave me momentum. And after years of growing that small hustle, I finally said: “Go big or go home.

   “Built from grit. Fueled by hustle.”
