• Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. Orders are placed with our supplier once payment is received.

• All sales are final once a load is ordered — loads cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs delays.

• Manifests and unit counts are supplier estimates; actual contents may vary by as much as 20%, which is standard across the liquidation industry.

• Retail estimates are supplier-provided and not a guarantee of resale value.
